When people make us angry, it comes from the fact that our dealings with them which we associate with and assist one another-sometimes lead to disappointment. This gives rise to dislike and irritation, which in turn cause us to brood so that we develop hurt feelings that grow into anger and thoughts of retaliation.
My family and peers often see me as a closed book because I choose to only welcome positivity into my life. What's your approach?

It's important to remember that holding onto anger and negative feelings only harms ourselves. It's okay to feel hurt and disappointed, but it's important to find healthy ways to process and move past those emotions. Communication and setting boundaries with others can help prevent misunderstandings and conflicts that lead to anger.
Choose to focus on the positive aspects of your relationships and practice forgiveness and compassion towards yourself and others. Being an open book to positivity will only lead to a happier and more fulfilling life.
When the enemy roars at you like waves roaring at the beach, roar back at him.
How about we schedule a meeting next week?
I have an intriguing post lined up for next week, titled "Under a loose floorboard, I had hidden." Today's post is just a preview.
Like the image of an idea under the loose floorboard. Can see ut flinging upwards as someone steps on its side to then get hit over the head! But I got sidetracked. 😂
I like what you wrote- I too save myself from negativity!
Actually I spent three decades to learn to be angry lol
There's been some progress...these things take helluva time.
